The Islington Hotel, Hobart

Lilly and Bek chose the Islington Hotel in South Hobart for their intimate wedding. I love that The Islington hides in plain sight - you can drive past it and never really know that this exceptional venue is tucked away just five minutes from the city. The immaculate garden was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony.

Their close family and a handful of friends enjoyed canapes and drinks in the afternoon sun before sitting down to a beautiful dinner prepared by the private chef. We made the most of the golden hour with some portraits in the garden as the sun went down.

Lilly and Bek are the kind of couple who make your job easy - genuinely themselves from start to finish, and completely at ease with each other. A beautiful day to be part of.
